A.C.C.E.S.S
A.C.C.E.S.S aims to tackle the problem of early school leaving caused by school-related factors, in a preventive and early intervention perspective, reinforcing pedagogical quality and innovation through the improvement of teachers’ skills and the creation of a positive learning environment.
We believe that early school leaving can be avoided in a preventive and early intervention way.
Our Objectives
1- Increase knowledge and understand the dynamics of ESL;
2- Implement a monitoring system in order to identify risk factors timely and to provide a preventive support;
3- Improve of teachers’ skills in 3 areas:
• Monitoring and Support;
• Communication and Relationship;
•Innovative Teaching Methods.
4- Enhance the cross-sectoral local cooperation between schools and with other agencies;
5- Develop multi-professional and transnational learning communities.
Target Group
•Teachers of high school.
Beneficiaries
•Students of the first two school years;
•Teachers of middle schools.
