A5 - Project Management, Budget Control, Monitoring and Evaluation

OBJECTIVES:

  • To check the implementation process of the project and the results;

  • To facilitate cooperation among partners;

​

  • To plan action for potential mistakes.

ACTIVITIES:

  • A5.1 - Planning detailed of the project;

​

  • A5.2 - Checking and management of the activity progress, time, costs and technical performance;

​

  • A5.3 - Partnership management and support in cooperation.

OUTPUTS:

  • Detailed project plan, financial plan;

​

  • Monitoring & Evaluation plan;

​

  • Quarterly progress Reports  to be sent to lead partner;

​

  • Interim Monitoring Report to be sent to italian National Agency;

​

  • Final evaluation report to be sent to italian National Agency.
